It is an organisation where I can learn a lot. They are always open to good ideas and I feel that I can and may always develop myself. I also work with very nice colleagues. I am especially proud of the fact that we work with the most beautiful products in the Netherlands; flowers and plants! I have been working for The Floral Connection as a Junior HR Advisor for 3.5 years and I hope to enjoy working there for many years to come.
