Senior HR Support
Als Senior HR Support bij The Floral Connection zorg jij voor een soepel verloop van HR-processen, van instroom tot uitstroom. Je ondersteunt bij rapportages, mutatieverwerking en bent een betrouwbare vraagbaak voor medewerkers en managers. Ook biedt je ondersteuning bij recruitment, van vacatureteksten tot het coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken. Met jouw administratieve scherpte en proactieve houding ben jij de spil in ons HR-team.
