Extensive training recently took place at The Floral Connection. Both sales managers and key account managers actively participated under the guidance of sales/retail expert Melanie Murk (MurKey Business).
The training included both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, such as role-playing, supported by Marcel Zandvliet (CMO/CSO of Dutch Flower Group) in the role of a customer. Topics covered included understanding our customers to better serve them and help them grow their business, prioritisation and how we can get smarter, faster and better every day.
The final session focused on our shared responsibility to act as a high performing team and the behaviours that go with it. Congratulations to all colleagues on successfully completing the training and receiving their certificates.
